Our house is modern and comfortable, located walking distance from Sydenham station, and close to the Cooks River walking tracks and Two Valley Trail bushwalk. 10 minutes drive from Kyeemagh and Brighton Beaches.

The backyard has been recently landscaped and is a lovely space to hang out under the pergola. The house is fully air conditioned.

We have two young dogs: a 3 year old English x American female Staffy and a 2 year old male American Staffy x British bulldog who is quite big and full of energy.

The dogs are outside all day, but sleep inside of a night. The female needs walking, but the male has anxiety and isn't good with other dogs, so for the period of house sitting he won't require walking.

We also have chickens who just require fresh water regularly and food. The dogs and chickens can't be in the backyard at the same time, so during the house sit, they chickens will stay in their coop.
