We are located on 8.5 acres the beautiful Clare Valley. Apprrox 10mins south side of Clare.

Very peaceful, tall gum trees, laughing kookaburras, Rolling hills, vineyards, wineries only short stroll away, and the very popular Riesling trail for walking or if you ar win to hiking Spring Gully Conservation park is great too.

Escape to our paradise! Enjoy star gazing and natural wildlife of resident kangaroos and deer.

Our spa is currently out of action, hoping parts arrive soon, but no promises.

Pets & farm animals

1 beloved cat, requires feeding at night and must stay in at night but otherwise she is free to come and go as she pleases. <br /><br />We have about 25 friendly sheep, really don’t need anything done here. They are low maintenance, have water auto connected, just if you notice anything out of the ordinary we would get our neighbour to come and resolve.

House Tasks

Our gardens are relatively self sufficient but there may be some occasional plants or trees that may need a water. Mainly 2 lawns that will need watering pending weather. Front is on manual irrigation and back lawn we just use a sprinkler. Few pot plants, nothing extravagant.
