3 bedroom townhouse across two levels. Two rooms have a queen bed, one room set up as office. Private courtyard (morning sun) and balcony (afternoon sun). Located near Sydney Road and Bell Street on a quiet street. Street parking. Close to public transport.

We require someone to stay, look after one sweet affectionate Scottish fold cat named Leonard, water the plants, and keep the house as you found it. Small courtyard with a few plants and multiple indoor plants. Very basic but I will leave instructions.

Leonard is a low maintenance cat. His hobbies include sleeping in his hammock, playing with milk lids, rolling around in the courtyard, bringing sticks and bark inside, and chewing up cardboard boxes. He toilets outside so no litter box needed.

We have 2 dogs (who we are taking with us). While we'll get cleaners in the day we leave, it may not be suitable for those with allergies to dogs. Photos are from sale of property and furnishings are different now.
