My name's Tania.
My mum (Myra) & I live in a 2 bedroom unit, in a block of 10, with a small garden.
The people here are lovely & very helpful.
We live about 10kms from the city.
There are several large shopping centres within 10mins drive & the local shops are quite good & only a short walk away. Public transport in the area is very good. One of the lovely aspects in this area is the lake a few minutes walk away. It has a walking/running path around it, which is about 1.5kms long. There are many other walking trails along the creeks in the area.
I have a small dog, a ShihTzu named Molly. Mum has a cat named tacker. They are both 9yrs old.
We would love to have you meet us & the 2 fur babies & hopefully have you sit for us..

Pets & farm animals

Our 2 pets are naturally the best. My little girl, Molly, is very well trained & loves people. Being small she doesn't need long walks, but certainty loves them. She has arthritis & takes a liquid medication a few times a week, arthritis supplements on other days. <br />Tacker, the cat, isn't a people cat, he thinks he rules the block of units. <br />He is an inside/outside cat but comes in at night. <br />They are very easy to take care of.

House Tasks

There is only general housekeeping, mail collection & light gardening needed at the property. A guy comes to mow the lawns at the property.
