We are looking for a house and pet sitter for 10 Days 28th December 2022 - January 7th 2023,
we are in a quite, private street 2 minute walk to parks and lakes 10 minutes to Café, in the leafy suburb of Caroline Springs, We are close to public transport,
have space for one car off street parking, there are 4 bedrooms 2 will be designated, 2 bathrooms, dining room, study, living area and separate lounge, there's a dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor BBQ and dining. We have a happy 6year Labrador Arlo, who loves walks everyday he's mainly inside and out relaxes in our indoor alfresco area with our 14year Siamese cat Tai, they both like company, so someone who is around a bit each day, and for added security, will be our preferred sitter.

House Tasks

House tasks<br />The main tasks are to look after our dog, cat and our house; <br />You will be responsible to -<br />Collect our mail, throw away junk mail, inform us of any Bills, <br />Gas & electricity, we will pay over this period do watch the use of this.<br />Ensure rubbish and recycle are put out kerbside to be emptied regularly.<br />Cleaning, vacuuming and dusting (pet hair) needs to be done regularly,<br />keeping our house clean and tidy. There should not be much to do in the garden. Keep the plants watered indoor and out, mow small lawns front & back, this will be over summer time.
