Cosy cottage on 12 acres, in a quiet area. 30 min to Hobart, 6 minutes to rural town with all you could require. Housesitter to look after older cat in good health, possibly 2 horses but they can be accommodated elsewhere if the sitter is not experienced with horses. House is on tank water so garden is brown mostly!!! Ideally suited to someone wanting a quiet spot to work from home or contemplate nature!
