We live in a beautiful pocket of Beaumaris just on the border of Black Rock; our home is a modern, 4 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and 1 powder room, with a pool. Our home is full of light and modern conveniences; it was built in 2018. We have plenty of shops, cafes, parks and beaches all within walking distance; additionally, the 825 bus is just one block away, which will take you either to Sandringham train station or to Southland. I'm having difficulty uploading photos but will add as many as I can.
Pets & farm animals
Two dogs: a 3 year old bordoodle and a spoodle, three months only and very sweet.
