About

The building has an underground car park, but the space allocated for the unit is for a small car only. The unit has reverse cycle and a nice balcony. It's located north of the river, about a 20-minute walk from the CBD. The 545 bus stops right in front.

Pets & farm animals

One elderly male cat, Theo, about 18 now.

House Tasks

Feeding, petting, cleaning/changing litter when required. Theo sheds heaps all year round, but will largely sit still for brushing. He's got cat grass on the balcony that he will use from time to time, so there's a cat flap in the screen door, if it's not too cold to leave the glass door open a bit. He's shy, but needs his cuddles.
