We live in a older townhouse in Marrickville, Sydney. It's a 3-bed, 1-bath, high ceilings, air-con/heating throughout. Laundry with washer and dryer. Kitchen with microwave, oven, stove etc. Everything you could need! Small garden out back.

We're after someone who will keep the place warm, dry and clean throughout the month of July. We keep the house really clean and cosy and would love someone to do the same. It's a low maintenance house, so very easy living situation.

I also have a car (manual, Hyundai Getz) that you'd be free to use! Nice to have the car driven in the colder weather.

We've got a 2 year old Cavalier King Charles. She's our baby and a gorgeous little girl. She is so friendly, well-behaved, and sweet. She loves her morning and afternoon walks. She'll chase a ball for hours if you let her. She is a cuddler and has to be kept company for most of the day/night (we don't leave her alone often).

House Tasks

Collect mail, walk the dog morning and afternoon at a minimum, clean, run the heating in all the rooms every other day, vaccuum, mop etc.
