I live in a cute semi-detached house in the Balgowlah area on the northern beaches. It is walkable to good shops, cafes, restaurants, parks and the beach. Transport is easy with buses close by, about a 5 min walk. I have 2 sausage dogs aged 10 and 11 years old which love company.

I have 2 dachshunds aged 10 and 11 years old that love company but also are fine when you are out..
