Small bathroom with shower over bath but excellent water pressure and instantaneous hot water.
Main bedroom has a queen size bed and overlooks the courtyard. Second bedroom is set up as a study with desk and bookcases.

Pets & farm animals

Small dog named Gizmo. He is a 7 year old rescue, Pug X.<br />He likes to cuddle on the couch and sleep in the bed with you when it’s cold.<br />He needs a daily walk or trip to the dog park. He doesn’t have much stamina so usually starts lagging after about half and hour!<br />He gets fed twice a day, when he gets up in the morning and dinner at 6pm.<br />He has a dog door into my small courtyard - this is where he does his business and keeps an eye on the neighbours.<br />He loves human company and gets along well with other dogs too. Has good recall and responds well to treats.

House Tasks

Pick up after Gizmo in the courtyard.<br />Check the letterbox.<br />Walk Gizmo daily.
