We live in a beautiful three-bedroom Californian Bungalow house in Coburg. It is located between Sydney Road and Nicholson St towards the East Brunswick Side of Coburg.

The house has been renovated and is very lovely. With ducted heating, a big backyard, a beautiful living room with comfy couches, and a great record collection. The house is very spacious.

The location is fantastic, with Merri Creek just down the road and Coburg oval in the other direction. Both are great for dog walks. There are also really great food locations nearby.

Our dog Moss is a rescue Black Lab X. He is a little anxious, so we are looking for someone comfortable and experienced with rescue dogs. Once he gets to know you, he is a very loving, kind soul who loves as much attention as you want to give him.

He is better with females. We would love to organise a meet up before and maybe a trial run. So we can introduce you to Moss, show you the ropes and his quirks and ensure you are both comfortable.

Pets & farm animals

Moss is a five year old Black Lab X. He is very loving and once he gets to know you will love getting pats and going for walks.<br /><br />He has a few quirks, but nothing we can't explain easily. He takes anti-anxiety meds so we will require you to put them in his food with dinner. He doesn't like cats so something to keep in mind when walking.

House Tasks

Enjoy yourself, the house is great and the location is fantastic. We might ask you to water the indoor plants.
