My little home is part of a dual strata (sort of townhouse) It consists of 2 main levels (bedrooms upstairs and kitchen/living downstairs) plus a garage
Partial ocean views from upstair rooms and upstairs deck. It has a small garden/lawn and deck on the entry level. Less than 10 mins walk to South Curl Curl beach and Freshwater Beach. About the same distance to Freshwater hub (shops restaurants and bars)
My dog, a Cavoodle, is currently 2 and a half. She was given away by a breeder and was a nervous puppy. Loves people but very scared of other dogs, trucks buses ...etc So walking her can be a little bit of hard work! But I do take her daily of course.
She would prefer to be sitting on your lap, or on the couch at home. Or playing ball in her yard.
She is extremely affectionate. A fussy eater at times but is getting better with time. She will sleep on the bed with you (hope that is ok,,,?) She is adorable.
My home is like a little beach tree house. I think you'll love it as much as I do. I always feel like I'm on a holiday!
