Hello! I live in a spacious one bedroom apartment located in a super convenient location on the western side of central Brunswick. Located just off Victoria Street, the apartment is easy to get to by public transport with the 19 tram and Brunswick train station all within close walking distance.
There's excellent coffee shops, a bakery, fruit and veg shops, pubs and restaurants close by and a gym and delicious Mexican restaurant at the end of the street.

The apartment is modern, very clean, tastefully decorated and has big (apartment width) windows so it's bright, airy and a great spot to cloud watch with a cup of tea or glass of wine. It has a large balcony for sunset watching, a European style laundry (hidden behind cupboard doors within the apartment) and I will move my car so you can access my secure car space while I'm away. I have reverse cycle heating, a cosy warm bed with a winter down duvet and flax linen and high thread count sheets, a bath and good shower head pressure so you're sure to be cosy over winter.

I am looking for someone to keep an eye on my indoor plants and most importantly, look after my cat Patti. She is a 4 year old tortoishell who loves to sing in the bathroom and bury herself under a blanket. Patti is an indoor-only cat and is low maintenance. I would just need someone to top up her water and biscuits, feed her a tin of wet food and clean her litter tray daily and empty and refill her litter box if needed. Patti has spent the last 10 months adjusting to having a feline little brother, but he's going on a holiday to the neighbours house so I think she'll enjoy the peace and quiet as much as you will!
