Our house is situated in the village of Mooloolah and a very short walking distance to shops, medical centre, pharmacy, and rail station. It is a very quiet and peaceful area.
The house is 3 BR, toilet, bathroom, lounge, dining, kitchen, laundry, dryer, R/C A/C, pool, Netflix, Wifi, NBN, and covered outdoor area.
We share the house with our beautiful Labrador who loves walking but also must be kept behind gates as loves to wander and forgets when to come home. A car is available for casual use. There is no garden maintenance as such and a contractor mows the lawn. Scooping the pool of leaves would be appreciated.
First time on this site so am not sure what to expect.
