Live 2 blocks from Maroubra beach, close to parks, shops, and dining areas. Two level house with a small front and backyard. Currently do some minor renovations. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Pets & farm animals

2 dogs and 1 cat
Dogs are Sasha - Kelpie 3 years old, bossy with other dogs and can be reactive when too much is happening and she feels she can’t control.
Bella - 5 month puppy (from Sasha’s litter) she is adorable and full of energy.
Both dogs energetic have 2 long walks and play - 3 walk is short usually around the block.
Ginger - cat about 6 years old. Loves cuddles, she lives outside and comes and goes. Dogs are obsessed with her Sasha is totally fixated and stalks her throughout the house.

House Tasks

Keep a clean & tidy home. Collect mail, water garden and maintain a clean front and back yard. Walk dogs, collect dog poo, take out bins and feed animals.
