3 br town house on one level. Backyard is 90% deck , with a nature strip round it. Very low maintenance, water some potted plants and blow leaves off the deck.
My dog is a 2 1/2 year old cattle dog /dalmation cross, quite energetic. I take him to a local dog park where he plays with other dogs for half an hour twice a day and then he's settled.
