The house is a renovated 1920's house with a cottage garden in a small country town in South Gippsland, walking distance to the local pub, takeaway and supermarket and about 90 minutes' drive from Melbourne. We have a 2 year old cat called Phoebe. She's outdoors most of the time, but likes company at night.
