About

House is situated in peregian springs (Sunshine Coast) approx 20 mins from Noosa. 10 minute drive from Coolum beach or a 3km walk to an unpatrolled beach.

House is situated in a quiet suburb and is away from the main thoroughfare. Coles is a 5 min drive or 1.5km walk.

We have a pool but it would be freezing to swim in (not heated). Feel free to give it a crack.

We have a vegetable garden that would require watering every other day but other than that, not much is expected regarding gardening but feel free to toil away if that’s what you enjoy.

Just need someone to be present at the house for the duration of our trip away.
