2 storey ,7-year-old home with small pool, garden, and a cat to care for. We are located within 200 metres of Nth Kellyville Square which has a supermarket gym ,newsagent and several eateries. We are only a couple of km’s from Rouse Hill Town Centre and the Metro which will get you to the city . We have a network of Cycleways /walkways very close to us that meander through the bush and over creeks .We are located on the edge of the beautiful Hills District ,and are only 20 mins drive from the historic villages of Windsor and Richmond.

Pets & farm animals

11 year old friendly British Shorthair Cat that loves company but only smooches of a morning. Gets a little anxious when people aren't around for extended time and will scratch lounges. I work from home so he is used to having company most of the day. Garden might possibly require a bit of a water 2 or 3 times whilst away, but nothing else.

House Tasks

Feed and care for cat, clean pool, collect mail, put the garbage bin out, enjoy the surrounds!
