Hello,
We are Brenda and Neil with a 3-to-4-bedroom house in the holiday weekend paradise of Madora Bay in Mandurah. Not Greenfields as stated above. {Winter is still good for outdoors here, with plenty of walking opportunities.} Our place is 50 minutes to Perth on the train or one hour drive from the airport at a quiet time. Lovely beaches to walk on plus restaurants and cafes on the foreshore at the estuary only 15 mins drive. We have two, self-reliant, anti-social cats :) and a lovely friendly medium sized dog named Lexi.
Our house is only 150 metres from the beach. There is a bus stop very close and a good shopping centre {Lakelands} up the road. 2 km walk.
We really only require the place kept tidy and the dog loved and walked. Lexi loves her walks, but she loves cuddles and watching TV.

Pets & farm animals

Lexi is a Jack Russell x Staffy who is 4 years old. We adopted her 2 years ago and are so happy we did. <br />She is very loving and obedient.

House Tasks

The only jobs are to feed and water the cats and feed and walk the dog.
