I’m looking for a live in pet sitter in the Goldcoast Hinterland area, that would be ok pet sitting my Great Dane Willow over Christmas for approximately 10 days.
Willow is 8 years old and is very low maintenance, she has a lazy 30 minute walk every evening and spends most days snoozing in the sun with her blanket and teddies.
She would need someone who can stay with her over night, but is ok during the days by herself if you want to go out sightseeing for the day,
She is very gentle and can be a bit shy at first, she is also afraid of other dogs after being attacked unprovoked a few times, so for her own comfort we keep her away from other dogs. She is also quite shy around young children.
About our house, it is within easy driving distance to both Brisbane and the Goldcoast, being approximately 25 minutes to world class beaches with the beautiful Tambourine mountain just minutes up the road.
It is a brand new, small 3 bedroom, completely off grid (including the inside toilet), home. It is very easy to live in however with all modern ammenities including aircon, double glazing, big screen tv with numerous streaming services plus starlink for fast wifi.
The driveway is gravel but easily navigated with a 2 wheel drive.
We overlook a private creek sitting on a property of 96 acres.
