House sit on 40 glorious acres only 5km to town. Enjoy uninterrupted views and farm lifestyle in our two bedroom cottage with additional studio room. Duties will include some animal care - with a friendly outside dog and 2 horses. Comfortable, quaint cottage with combined kitchen, lounge and dining. Great undercover deck with lounge, table and chairs and bbq. Good access and parking for caravans etc. Bring your own horse could also be discussed, but prefer no pets.

Clarence Town [5km from property] is a rural community that is welcoming .

The beautiful Williams River flanks the outskirts of town providing a haven for fishing, skiing kayaking and swimming.

New sporting facilities , local clubs, medical facilities IGA, hotel, veterinary practice and hairdressing plus more you have it all without leaving town.

Outside dog fed once a day<br />Horses - care will vary per horse but generally checking and filling water troughs, one horse fed daily.

House Tasks

Mow lawn would be ideal but not essential. Will be maintained before house sitting time.
