Reverse heating and cooling in living room and nursery Brand new Gas stove (photo was taken prior to the upgrade), Nespresso machine and internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. Lovely private courtyard with outdoor BBQ. Garage is mostly used for our stuff but happy for your to store your suitcases in it. Plenty of street parking in a very quiet street. Private rubbish bins - just require to take them out and bring them in based on the council calendar (will be provided). Only 2 min walk to a lovely cafe and a 5 min walk to a park and Arlington lightrail stop. 15 minutes walking to Summer Hill train stop. 10 minutes walking to Marrickville rd and lots of shops including IGA, post office and pharmacy. Looking for someone: Clean and tidy. We are looking for someone who can be respectful of the property, it’s contents and the neighbours. While we will be contactable and always willing to assist, we are looking for sitters who are low maintenance and self sufficient as we will be travelling overseas. We are: A professional couple, who maintain a clean and comfortable home environment. Please be aware that our realestate agent may request an inspection during your stay period. If this occurs, 1 weeks notice will be given. Unfortunately it is part of our lease to allow them to carry these out when they chose to.

Pets & farm animals

Our cat: her name is Priscilla, she is 8 yo medium hair tabby. She is extremely sweet and cuddly but a bit shy at first. Initially, she may hide often, but once ready she will love to snuggle with you! She is a small cat under 4kg. We would like to receive Priscilla photos and updates every second day.
