3 bedroom house located in Tighes Hill. Close to Newcastle CBD, within in walking distance to Maryville Tavern and Beaumont st in Hamilton. We're located right near a cycle path that rides all the way into Newcastle along the creek and foreshore. Can leave some bikes out for you.

We have a cat called Manny who is a very gentle boy and loves to let you know he would like some more biscuits. He'll need feeding twice a day and litter tray attended to and that's about it. Super easy cat to care for.

You'll have access to Stan, Prime, Netflix and Disney. We also have a bath tub and fire place to keep you warm on colder nights.

Pets & farm animals

Sweet boy that loves his biscuits and sunshine. Manny lives a simple life based around getting wet food twice a day and then his most favourite time, biscuit time later in the evening. Loves being let outside during the day to soak up the sunshine and to sniff around. We only let him out when we’re home during the day and keep him in at night (though Manny will still try and trick you to let him out after sundown). Manny is the most gentle cat I’ve own and loved be around wherever you are.
