About

We are looking for a house sitter to look after our home and our menagerie of animals.

Our home is on the outskirts of Canberra, in south Tuggeranong and close to Namadgi National Park.

It is a three-bedroom single story house with ensuite in a very quiet townhouse complex.

There is a bus stop within a few metres of the complex, local shops with both a Woolies and an Aldi, and the Tuggeranong Hyperdome is a quick drive away.

If you are interested in sightseeing in Canberra, we are about 25 minutes from Civic.

We have bushland on our doorstep and the Namadgi National Park is only a few minutes away.

We do have a few animals: a beagle, two cats, budgie, hermit crabs and a free roaming bunny.

Pets & farm animals

Our animals are loved and fairly spoilt, so they have free rein of the house. <br /><br />There is a dog door so the dog and cats can come in and out at will. The cats don't roam beyond the yard. <br /><br />The beagle is called Pug, the tabby cat is Kevin and the ragdoll is Ross.<br /><br />We also have hermit crabs that are pretty self sufficient and a cute budgie. Our free roaming bunny is Lamington and he rules the backyard. He is also blind but can get around very easily.<br /><br />Their only requirements for the pets are being fed, watered and regular pats (maybe not the hermit crabs).

House Tasks

Just look after the house and the pets, and water the plants.
