My unit is located in Chermside, 10min walk from the Westfield. The requirements would be taking care of my Staffie Rebel, she will be 4yo in Jan. Daily walks are required and I would like someone to be with her at my place. Someone with a part time job or wfh would be ideal.
My dog is very well behaved at home, she sleeps almost all day but her daily walk (1hr) is a must to keep her balanced.
The building is incredibly quiet and the unit has a balcony area with a BBQ and a hammock. There are visitor parks as well as street parking. I am a short walk away from the local convenient store, burger joint, Indian restaurant, Noodle Box and ALDI that is all located on Gympie Road. There is also plenty of buses that pass through that’ll take you wherever you need to go.

You will have access to the internet, streaming services through Google Home, aircon/heater in the living room as well as both bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine.

Pets & farm animals

Rebel is an English Staffie, she loves kisses and cuddles and always wants to be by your side no matter what you're doing. She is so affectionate and would need someone that gives her attention and doesn't care her sitting in their lap. <br />At home, she is so calm and well behaved, loves sleeping and playing with her toys. <br />She needs a daily walk for at least 1 hr or 30min twice a day. She loves her routine so around 4/5 pm she would be ready to go to the park. <br />She is good with others dogs but sometimes with other sttaffies can be a bit rough, so in the parks is better to keep her out of the dog parks, I prefer to walk her by myself around the neighborhood or in the free leash park.
