1880's symetricl stone cottage set on large block. White pucket fence. Planted to many native trees to attract bi birds and bees. Located about 11/2 has from Adelaide in the rural township of Tarlee. Tarlee is on the Horrocks highway on the way to the Clare Valley. Irs about 30minutes from the Barossa Valley. Kapunda is 15 mins away. The township of Gawler is half hour away. It's a quiet area with easy access to the mid north and not a long way from the Flinders Rangers. We have a lovely frenchie named Spot who needs someone to look after him whilst we are overseas. Some plants will require watering but most are natives.
