Located close to town, walking distance to the supermarket. 2 1/2 brm 2 bath weatherboard house. Has air-conditioning, small garden, front and back lawns and large shed.
It is close the Warby Ranges with numerous walking and biking tracks, wineries, small towns and 2 hours from Bright and the Victorian Alps.
I have 2 small dogs, Jack Russel/Maltese cross, females, who are happy to go for a moderate walk but equally happy to laze around.
