We live in a modern 3 bed townhouse at Taigum, brisbane northside. 8 mins from Chermside shopping mall. with a small courtyard with artificial grass
Bus services to City 1 minute walk. ( and chermside bus)
Pool in complex.
There would be space for 1 car in garage if needed
No gardens to care for. Just a medium size dog Bruno. He is used to ppl not being here during day, but at night likes to be inside with family.
Pretty simple to look after, feed, pick up the poop daily from the courtyard and hose down if required, and the occasional walk would be great.
NOTE: Bruno sleeps in the room with us, and will often decide to jump up and sleep on the bed. so you must be ok with that. and often he wants to go out in the middle of night for a wee. but not always.

we have a good relationship with our neighbours so they will probably say hello and be a point of call if any worries if we arent contactable
