Our place is a four bedroom two bathrooms home. We have about 6 months ago taken in a cat from a homeless family, her name is misty and would need feeding. We have a vege garden that will need a little care. We are in yanchep which is a 10 minutes walk from the beach. Five minutes drive from the national park, 30 minutes from Joondalup. You would have access to everything here. Netflix etc internet thou it can be slow in bad weather.
