V Large newly built gorgeous 5 bedroom house with guest ensuite, air con, bedroom fans, movie room with Disney and prime video, home gym and all the normal modern accessories. The only thing missing is the oven and kitchen storage which is yet to be put in. All other cooking / kitchen facilities are on hand though ( weber BBQ, induction cooktop, air fryer, microwave, pressure cooker, slow cooker, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich press, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, plumbed in sink). A great place for a holiday away from the stress of life! located in the green leafy family suburb of Oxley. Approx 700m from the train, shops, bus stop just around the corner to take you into the city.

Pets & farm animals

We have two very cute beagles ( nearly 7 yrs old) who sleep a lot during the day and love company whenever possible. Their favorite time of day is afternoon walk time but more than anything, they just love to snooze by your feet as you chill/ work or chat. They are very happy, friendly, easy dogs that love people and anything that looks, smells or resembles food so you do need to be careful to close doors and not to leave any traces out at their height!

House Tasks

As a house sitter, we expect you to feed and ensure fresh water for the dogs 2x day (morning and night), give Benji his eye drops each day, and take them for a walk each afternoon/ evening. You don’t have to be home all day, but when you are, if you could let the dogs come in with you so they have some company at times. We’d also ask you to keep the house in the same clean state as you found it, water a couple of plants when needed so they don’t die in the heat and collect the mail if it’s there.
