About

Accommodation is a two bedroom (one bathroom) two storey townhouse with a delightful back covered patio / garden for indoor/outdoor living. Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Quiet on-street parking. Easy walk to Castle Towers, metro station and bus interchange. We have one elderly indoor / outdoor cat (16 years) who loves to lap sit, and needs feeding twice daily. Obviously there's kitty litter to change, but otherwise just look after the house as we would, and collect our mail. (The garden is automatically irrigated and does not include lawns to mow).

Pets & farm animals

Sambucca is a 17 year old, very affectionate, domestic shorthair with lots of personality. He loves to sit on laps and needs a bit of brushing periodically. He needs feeding twice a day, which includes an oil tablet in his food, and will need a worm tablet once during the stay. Being indoor / outdoor (there's a cat flap), his kitty litter needs changing every now and then.

House Tasks

No garden to look after as it's automatically irrigated; just sit out the back in the delightful patio and enjoy! Please collect the mail and look after the house as if it's your own.
