A two storey 3 bed with study house in peaceful cul de sac location with quiet neighbours. Gazebo with Jacuzzi on lower deck plus decks on both levels of house with filtered views of the Pittwater. One much-loved easy to care for indoor dog, Ava, a 7 year old Tibetan Terrier female. House please keep clean (this is a strict no smoking and no party house. Plants to be watered too and daily mail collected. We have quite steep stairs at home - worth pointing that out.

Collect mail please and keep the house clean and tidy please but the main priority is to give care to our beloved dog. Ava has specific dietary needs as she has many allergies so must not consume any animal sourced foods.
