3x bedroom house plus a study and 2x bathrooms. We are family of 4, Each bedroom has a double bed.

The most important requirement for us is our dog Max (cockalier) at time will be 9 months old, he is pretty much house trained. Max requires feeding twice a day morning and night, Max is crate trained, and sleeps inside at night in his crate. Max is very friendly and great with kids, he loves to play, and also loves to chill as a lap dog.

House has ducted heating, unlimited internet wifi, foxtel and security system. Gardens are low maintenance, grass will only need cutting every second or third week during winter. However cleaning up after Max will be important as that can build up if left for a week.

Side access drive way behind gates that can store a large caravan with power and water supply.

Pets & farm animals

1 dog Max a 9 month old Cockalier, requires feeding twice a day morning and night, sleeps inside in his crate at night and requires cleaning up after him on the grass at least once a week, the more regular the easier

House Tasks

Take care of Max our dog,
mow back yard grass (not a large area) every 2-3 weeks during winter
Water grass and garden as required.
