My wife and I are mature couple living on small acreage. Very private and fenced. Trees, pond, koalas, birds, water dragons etc. and only 3 minutes to Coles or Woolies and 5 minutes M1. between Gold Coast & Springwood. Unique timbered 3 bed 3 bath home and fireplace. Look after 2 Schnoodles and 2 budgies. Dogs do not need walking as yard is large enough. Both dogs are de-sexed males 11 and 13 years old. They are indoor dogs but outside day time. Veterinarian is just a few minutes away should need arise. We have lovely outdoor decks and beautiful bush setting. Only need to keep place clean and tidy and look after our pets. Neighbours are all very good and reliable. We are looking for someone who will be able to stay home with them while we are overseas. Mature and reliable, caring and looking for quiet place to spend with some wonderful doggies.
