Walking distance to public transport, walking/bike tracks, IGA express and cafes. Non smoking, vegetarian household (Moz isn’t though!)

Pets & farm animals

Maurice is an 12yo short hair ginger tabby - he is a bit timid at first, but a real charmer when he gets to know you, He is an indoor/outdoor cat, with access to a timed, microchip cat door., to keep him inside between dusk and dawn. Means no early morning demands to be let out!!!

House Tasks

I also have a vegetable and flower garden, and indoor plants that may need a water, depending on the weather.
