I have a lovely little 2 bedroom home that is a dual occupancy. It is in a very quiet area within walking distance of the main shopping centre at Woden & all facilities. It is also within walking distance of bus stops, cafrs & parks. I have a carport as well as an uncovered parking area beside the carport. I have reverse cycle air con & a dishwasher. There is a deck & pergola out the back. There is no maintenance or garden work required.

Pets & farm animals

I have 1 cat who is 17 years old. She is very healthy & has no special medical requirements. She is a completely indoor cat & never goes outside for any reason at all. She is timid around strangers & prefers to be left alone until she approaches you. She likes to know that you are in the same room as her most of the time even though you may not be holding her or patting her. As she is older she doesn't cope well with being left alone all day every day. Someone who works part time or works from home is fine.

House Tasks

There really aren't any tasks I would require of a housesitter as I will only be away for a week & my yard is pretty low maintenance. If the weather is too dry then watering the gardens would be the only task.
