About

The property is a 60 acre coastal lifestyle farm on Phillip Is in Victoria. The house is very comfortable and charming with period and modern areas. There are lovely rural and water views. There is one 11 year old Border Collie to care for. He mostly lives in the house. Also there are two older horses to keep an eye on to monitor their well being and give them some supplementary feed.

Pets & farm animals

One 11 year old Border Collie dog. I walk him around the farm for exercise. He is easy to look after and doesn’t wander but mostly stays around the house either inside or out. He enjoys ball and frisbee games. We also have two elderly horses who need checking on to see they are not in any trouble and they also get a daily supplementary feed in the morning. They are generally low maintenance.

House Tasks

Mostly we just want our animals well looked after. It would also be good to collect the mail at the local shop and just keep an eye on things.
