Located in the township of Cambrai on 90 acres, with approximately 1 acre of garden with a variety of productive fruit trees plus some vegetables, and a chicken enclosure with 6 laying hens.
We have an active red kelpie dog, 2 friendly cats, and 1 python in an enclosure that will not need feeding while we are away.
Large modern home with large kitchen/living area.
The dog and cats will need feeding, and the garden will need watering, and the chooks will need checking and feeding/watering every day.
The living area is air conditioned, and there are 5 bedrooms, with 3 available for use.
Cambrai is a small rural town about a 30-minute drive to the Barossa Valley, and the River Murray township of Mannum, plus a 45 minute drive to Murray bridge, and a 90 minute drive to Adelaide.
