We are located on 40 acres just outside the town of Winchelsea, our house is 5 years old and is quite modern but simple. It has 3 bedrooms and a study, with a bathroom and ensuite.
We have a cat (only indoors), 9 chickens (ideally would love them to free range some of the time we are away) and 5 horses. The horses don't need to be tended to, just kept an eye on for anything obvious wrong as I will have someone else looking after them and monitoring them.
