3 bed,1 bath easy care property and Teddy our border collie requiring company and walks. Lots of outside living area, some hand watering as most of the garden has retic. Darlington is a lovely community in the Perth Hills with bush walks, local artists, cafes and some lovely pubs. It is 10 minutes down the hill to shopping centres, hospitals, train station etc.
Swan Valley Wineries are 15 minutes away and you can jump on the train to the city or Fremantle. Summer can be hot in the Hills but the house is fully airconditioned.
Teddy loves to go anywhere with you and is super friendly with other dogs and people. He likes his walks but is also happy to relax at home with you.

Pets & farm animals

Teddy is a male border collie turning 12 months old in November.
Not on any medication, will sleep anywhere he feels like a nap(inside or outside). Ideally he gets a good walk everyday, or a play at the local oval with his regular doggie friends. He is used to us going to work a couple of days per week but he is happiest with company. He will play with his toys , do zoomies or relax with you. He is super friendly with everyone and everything(people, children, dogs). He is good at Bunnings, cafes etc and is happy to go anywhere with you. We have lots of beautiful bush walks all around us. My small car is available for Teddy transport.

House Tasks

water the pot plants and some plants that don't get the retic, every few days or more if its really hot.
Our son lives about 30 minutes away and is available if needed for anything.
