Three bedroom house on small acreage, centrally located to four regional centres, with all amenities. Many lovely day trip destinations, using this as a comfortable base. We have two pet dogs, a Kelpie and a Jack Russell, 13 yrs and 12 yrs, living a quiet easy life in the sunshine on the back verandah. Six chooks who supply daily fresh eggs, and a small flock of sheep. We are fortunate to have a neighbour who can keep an eye on the sheep.
The house has an easy to maintain yard, and a wood combustion heater to enjoy relaxing by.

Pets & farm animals

Two dogs, Kelpie and Jack Russell, both living quiet lives, 13 yrs & 12 yrs respectively. Six chooks, daily fresh eggs. Small flock of ewes & lambs, a neighbour can pop in to check them a couple of times a week.

House Tasks

Mow grass, not often during this time, other garden tasks very basic.
