About

We have a lovely single-story 4 bedroom home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Keysborough with a secure fenced front and back garden and parking in the driveway.
We have a medium-sized 10 year old wolfhound x terrier named Maggie who is very submissive and a real cuddle bug who loves a good belly rub and her daily walks. We also have a domestic shorthair cat named Pipi who is the 16 year old little matriarch of the family and happy to sleep the day away. As well as a small water feature pond with goldfish.

Both our fur babies are used to having someone work from home so a sitter with similar availability to be around the premises more often than not would be preferred but not essential.
We are situated within a 5 min walk of Parkmore Shopping Centre and Wachter Reserve.
There is a bus stop at the end of the lane which goes to Noble Park or Yarraman Stations and access to Eastlink Freeway is a short drive away.

We are looking for someone to take great care of our furs and fish whilst we are away, keeping our home clean and tidy and some basic indoor/outdoor plant watering and home maintenance if needed.
The sitter would use the Guest Bedroom/Office with Queen-sized bed, desk, chair and small robe. The room is on the smaller side so may be better suited to a single person but can accommodate a cozy couple. There are two living areas, dining room, main bathroom, laundry and fully equipped kitchen and stocked pantry at your disposal.

We have split system air-conditioning, ducted heating, and unlimited Wifi NBN with multiple streaming services connected thru smart TV.
We would prefer a non-smoker with a current Police Clearance check and/or references and a 'no fees' for either party arrangement.

Pets & farm animals

Maggie (medium sized Irish wolfhound) - daily walks, lots of cuddles and pats. Maggie is not used to being on her own for long periods.<br />Pipi - 16yo DSH. Loves to sleep the day away. Has a cat door to come and go. 8 Fish in an small outdoor water feature pond.

House Tasks

Collect mail, put out rubbish bins, water houseplants, empty litter tray, keep house clean and tidy.
