We live in a double storey townhouse in Pascoe Vale with two bedrooms 1 main bathroom and an additional toilet/powder room, The townhouse is a part of a larger unit development of 38 other townhouses. We are within 1.5km of two metropolitan train lines and we have a bus stop right out the front.

The property has an electric gate at the front of the development which requires a remote to open (will be provided). The house has an attached single car garage with tandem space, a small backyard and upstairs balcony off the main bedroom

Pets & farm animals

We have a little 1 year old tuxedo cat named Nora who requires looking after (she is still very much a baby). She is an indoor only cat and needs to be fed twice a day and her litter tray cleaned daily. She is a little shy so may take time for her to warm up but she is a cheeky, sweet little girl and she is our world.

We are looking for a cat lover who would like to keep our girl company while we are away (and give her cuddles).

Generally keep house clean, bring in mail.
