The house is located in a quiet and green Yarralumla street, close to both Deakin and Yarralumla shops in Canberra. Three bedrooms, modern and fully equipped kitchen and large living room. Two refurbished bathrooms with Japanese style toilets. Small garden with large and sunny deck. Garage. Exclusive, green and safe neighbourhood.

Pets & farm animals

Our dog, Bosco, is a very friendly and cute three year old Lagotto Romagnolo male. He is very relaxed at home and loves to spend time in the garden. He is used to 2-3 walks outside per day, one of which can be just a shorter walk around the neighbourhood. He needs mental stimulation as well as walks (e.g. sniffing/searching for treats) and loves playing fetch. Bosco is well behaved and knows all general commands. As a young Lagotto he also has lots of energy and handling him outside the home will require a person with previous experience with dogs.
