Looking for person to be Erik the cat's companion in our 2 bedroom 2 level town house. Non smoker, mature person/s with lots experience with cats. Must be a cat person.
Erik will need feeding twice a day, pats and herding in for curfew . Kitty litter will need attention as required.
Neat non party animals only need apply.
Close to train station and shops. Parking on site available.
Washing line, courtyard and BBQ.
BYO internet as I use my phone and prepaid router

Pets & farm animals

Erik a 10 year old is desexed brown tabby cat. He is an indoor outdoor cat- curfew dusk to dawn , facilitated by automatic cat door.
He has to have ear drops once a fortnight . Must be able to do this.

House Tasks

Collect mail, take rubbish out weekly. Water pot plants in courtyard and indoor plants.
House must be kept clean and tidy. I have a cleaner who will be available but you will pay her if you want her to come
