About

We reside in a new large penthouse on the 8th floor with a large veranda facing north, over looking the ocean and Lake Kawana (220sqmtrs). Our apartment is surrounded by walking/riding paths, multiple parks and a large lake. Our complex has a pool & gym. We have a separate media room. Guest bedroom has a walk-in robe @ king size bed. Birtinya shopping centre is a 10 min walk and Bokarina Beach is a 15min walk or 5 min drive. We are close to the beach, shopping centres, cinema, amenities and restaurants. We are looking for a trusted retired energetic clean couple that can walk our beautiful trained, well behaved Cavoodle daily and water our pot plants. We would prefer someone living in South East Qld, as we would like to offer the right couple housesits for short periods thru the year also. (2 nights to 3 weeks). Genuine dog lovers only who are committed to spending time with our fur baby please. References are required.

Pets & farm animals

Our Cavoodle is a 8yr old female. Very affectionate & well trained apartment dog. Requires a strict fat free diet. Meals will already be prepared prior to our travel. Requires daily walking.

House Tasks

Walk dog twice daily @ keep apartment clean.
