Long term sit while we do a lap. Brisbane western suburbs. 64 YO wooden highset house on 2.5acres of horsey yard with 4/5 chooks and on septic, so someone familiar with acreage living preferred - need to be able to use rider mower on the 1 acre house yard and deal with neighbours who leave horses in the horse paddock ( ours died a few years ago). House is clean and attractive with renovated kitchen and bathroom, air-conditioned and has a fireplace downstairs. Also an outdoor spa, requiring minimal care. Lots of house space (300sq m ) and well suited to a dog owner, we are taking our old kelpie with us.

Pets & farm animals

4/5 chooks require water and feed and collect eggs - av 3 eggs per day. To save mowing the 1.5 acre horse paddock, we get neighbours' horses in for short stays of a week or 2, the neighbours feed and water their horses. Your dog is welcome.

House Tasks

rider mowing and keep the 1 acre house yard under control. Has lots of low maintenance gardens and fruit trees.
