About

We are looking for a house sitter from the 29th of November to the 2nd of January.

The house is located in the woodlands area of Mt Eliza on 3/4 of an acre, it’s a peaceful setting with lots of bird life. About 7 mins from the beach, 50 mins from Melbourne CBD and 5 mins from the Mt Eliza village.

The modern house has air conditioning, a heated pool and multiple living areas. Your bedroom overlooks the pool and has a comfortable queen sized bed, with nearby recently renovated bathroom.

We need someone who can also look after our two dogs, one is a full sized daschund, 9 years old and enjoys napping. The other is a 2 year old Doberman, he is more energetic and needs daily exercise, even if it’s just throwing the stick in the backyard. Both dogs love the company of people, especially the Doberman who loves to cuddle.

Although the house is on a lot of land, the irrigation system is fully automated, and we don’t expect the person to move the lawns, unless they feel like it. The pool also has a robot vacuum, so it’s just a matter of putting it in there.

Pets & farm animals

We have 7 chickens that will need feeding and let out every so often! They are low maintenance and very friendly
